Winter Driving Tips from the Main West Animal Hospital

March 13, 2012

Welcome to winter Welland!!! The white stuff is finally here and looks like it will be staying around for the next month or two.  At least it makes the scenery a lot prettier than the muddy brown winterland we’ve experienced  so far.

Winter brings with it some slippery driving  conditions, treacherous roads and unfortunate accidents by the dozen.  When you are out driving this winter definitely get a set of snow tires on your car.  It gives you far more traction and ability to control your car.

Obviously we also need to be especially concerned about our four legged family members in the car as well.
