Specialist Services

While Main West Animal Hospital offers a wide selection of comprehensive veterinary services that can meet most of your pet’s needs, situations sometimes arise that require us to call in the help of a specialist.  As an established veterinary practice, we have developed excellent working relationships with others who have specialized training in particular areas such as neurology and oncology.  In addition, special equipment may be needed to perform procedures that are not commonly carried out at our facility.

In these situations, we may refer you and your pet to a specialist for further diagnosis or treatment.  Or, we may have a Board Certified Surgeon come to our hospital to assist us with your pet’s particular needs.

Our ultimate goal at Main West Animal Hospital is to provide our patients with the very best in veterinary medical care.  If there’s something your pet needs that we can’t provide, we’ll do what it takes to get it taken care of through other qualified means.
